The Diary Game: 19-07-2025 || Family Time in the village||

Hello Steemians colleagues in the community and all round the world, it's a pleasure I come your way again with my daily lifestyle, stay tuned, please.

My village weekend started with a grateful heart. Saturday morning, I woke up, thanked God for another day, and then got my boys ready. I bathed them, brushed their teeth, and we all had breakfast together.

After eating, I tackled the laundry, washing their clothes by hand.

Once the chores were done, it was time for some quality family moments.

The four of us, including my last son, lay on the floor, just talking and laughing. Those are the times I cherish the most , simple moments of connection that build lasting memories.

Later in the afternoon, I took my two older boys to the nearby barbing salon for a fresh haircut.

The barbers there always do a good job, and it’s a nice little outing for us After their haircuts, we took a leisurely stroll back home, enjoying the cool breeze. By the time we got back, it was already 5:00 PM.

We have a lovely guava tree in my compound that was heavy with fruit

, so I picked a few and enjoyed the sweet, ripe taste.

It was a perfect snack after our walk. As evening approached, around 7 PM, I freshened up and had my dinner.

After dinner, I decided to pay my uncle a visit. We sat and chatted for a while, catching up on family news and village gossip. It was a good time, just relaxing and connecting with him. By the time I got back home, I was ready to call it a night. As I slept off, feeling better after a day filled with family, simple pleasures, and good company.
