You're no far from the truth. Climate changes has caused nothing but harm to lives in earth. If not controlled, it can be very disastrous as you've said. Think about the flooding today caused by global warming. In some lands, flooding has displaced lives and properties leaving many homeless and many dead. Your conclusion made me laugh.
