SLC26-W6 | Brownie.
Am thrilled to engage in the steemit learning challenge last week of season 26 under the dough making where everyone is entitled to use their hand and prepare brownies, from my teacher's explanation, I realised that it is one of the snack love and cherish people in Venezuela.
It is advisable that we all should remember nutrition is one of the pillars of our health and general well-being. In less than no time let processed to contest practical and questions.
Make a brownie, they can be filled or unfilled, with or without topping (include ingredients, quantities and step by step)
For this Brownie we will need the following ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour
3 eggs
125 gr of Butter
1 cup of brown or white sugar
2/3 cup of Cocoa powder
2 tbsp of strong coffee
1 tsp of Vanilla
Let start the practical
In a clean dry pot,l put the required quantity of margarine and place it on a stove. After some minutes,It melt completely, I bring it down.
I added some cocoa powder and mix well.
I continue to process by adding brown sugar.
I poured in a teaspoon of vanilla and instant coffee, I mix well.
As it was instructed, I added eggs one by one and mix well.
We transfer to a previously buttered and floured mold.
I Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
Here is my outcome

My experience was awesome, I love the outcome, texture is very soft, delicate and subtle. The coffee chocolate flavour and taste was out of the world, the texture was light and cakey. This brownies evoke my childhood memories of special treat in different special occasion.

The combination of flavours and textures leave us with a satisfying outcome.

My answer capital yes. Reason being that for the past Weeks, l have been exposed to different snack, most of them was my first time of tasting and knowing it. .I strongly
believe that the second edition will give us more experience of "hands on dough".
My first week should be Arepa 🫓 Second week should be scones, Third week crepes 🥞, the fourth week cachitos, fifth week Golfeados and lastly any cookies.

Hola hola querida amiga, muy buena tu entrada, buen paso a paso y me gustó el resultado, aunque parece un poco seco el brownie pero según lo que comentas salió excelente, entonces te felicito por eso y que bien que disfrutaste del proceso, es la idea.
