You are right that artificial intelligence can create content but in my point of view it is illegal and in your point of view you also agree with me.

You are also right that after content creation with the artificial intelligence you can easily because and you have to be face the serious consequences of this. So we should not do these things by using artificial intelligence by which we have to face any regret
