Artificial intelligence is made up of technology and it is made up by humans. That's why I technology can have a lot of flaws and weaknesses in it. For that reason we cannot say that it is completely are replacement of a human intelligence.

Nothing can replace the human intelligence exactly. You are justified with your answer in which you have told about the content creation by the artificial intelligence. Content can be created by the artificial intelligence but this content will not be creative and will not be written by human that's why it is not right to use.
