I like the jumping exercise. I feel jumping fitness uses mini-trampolines. This workout is easy on our joints and burn many calories. Our heart gets stronger. It builds strong core muscles and legs. Our balance also gets much better. This exercise uses our whole body. It makes fitness fun for everyone. Plus, it lifts our mood. I need to start this regularly.
