RE: Títulos exprés y cargos de poder: un peligro anunciado | Opinión Personal

Hi Josè! At the moment, no one seems to be particularly satisfied with their country's politics...

I'm not sure whether a top politician absolutely has to speak English. Nowadays, communication is possible in many different ways, and tools should also be used in the political arena to simplify direct communication. I'm also not sure whether an academic degree should be a prerequisite for political positions – I believe some tradespeople have better judgement than many academics. Finally, I'm not sure whether we shouldn't be putting politics in the hands of younger people. (When will your time come? ;-)))

But: politics requires absolute truthfulness! It is not acceptable to conjure up degrees out of thin air, to favour like-minded people or to make inadmissible agreements. We obviously live in a world where all countries are turning back into banana republics. Corruption, wheeling and dealing, private feuds and horse-trading are the order of the day: I do not envy my children's generation for their youth...

PS: You're doing a great job with the videos – I really like them!

Technology is increasingly accessible; there are many tools that can facilitate communication between human beings, regardless of the language each person speaks. Achieving these changes seems like a somewhat complicated task.

For the same reason that politicians are older, this may be an impediment to progress in certain areas. They are sometimes fearful of technology and justify being able to maintain control over everything and everyone with *"security."

We need generations of young people who want to assume important positions, but who have clear ideas and who earn their position through intelligent work and good proposals, not just by following a political trend. There's a big problem there.

Thank you very much for the comment. In the videos, I try to cover topics that aren't usually covered on the platform; I know they may be of interest to some. Best regards.
