"Contest: Home Food Or Takeout?"

Welcome to my blog, @suryati1. I'm trying to enter a contest hosted by our friend @megareigns. As a moderator of the Africansonsteem community, I'd also like to invite some of my friends to join this amazing contest: @gertu, @gondalbiya, and @sadaf02.

I'll also answer some of the questions asked, namely:

Home Cooked food or Takeout? Which do you prefer?

I prefer home-cooked meals to takeout. Home-cooked meals are much healthier and tastier than those bought outside. For family meals, it's more economical to cook them yourself than to buy them.

We can also control the use of flavorings at home, which can be detrimental to our health. I can't tolerate excessive flavorings, so I avoid eating outside. Even if I do eat occasionally, it might not be a big deal, but I still get a headache.

So, I'll reiterate that I prefer home-cooked meals to fast food.

Why do you prefer either?

The reasons I've explained above are that home-cooked food is much healthier and we can avoid excessive flavorings. Furthermore, cooking it yourself saves money.

Sometimes, buying food outside is often unappetizing, leaving us disappointed with the taste. Sometimes it looks appetizing, but when we try it, it doesn't suit our taste. This often happens during Ramadan, when people prefer to buy food outside, with its wide variety.

However, if we aren't careful in choosing our food, we will be disappointed. Especially for me, who really loves stuffed tofu, sometimes I don't have time to make it at home and buy a few pieces. But when I break my fast and try it, I'm so disappointed, and I'll never buy from that place again.

I choose one of these places because of the aforementioned reasons: food we make ourselves is healthier and tastier. This doesn't mean I never buy food outside; I'm just a human being with limited resources, and sometimes we crave food from outside.

For example, meatballs, even though I can make them myself, sometimes I feel lazy and choose the practical way by buying them outside. Although not often, I have done this, especially when it is urgent and requires me to order food outside. Even though sometimes I am not satisfied, I still do it.

Which is more healthy? Home food or Takeout?

Home-cooked food is definitely better. As I explained above, home-cooked food is undoubtedly healthier than food eaten outside. Of course, every housewife will provide the best for her family and ensure the healthiness of the food served.

So, if your mother cooks at home, there's no need to doubt it. However, if you crave food from outside, go ahead, because not all food can be prepared at home, especially the modern foods that are currently trending. But remember, don't consume food from outside too often.

Take care of your health and love your body before it gets sick. Prevention is better than cure. That's probably my view on home-cooked food and food from outside.

I completely agree with your views home-cooked meals are not only healthier and more economical but also filled with love and care that takeout can never match. Terimakasih temanku atas komentar baiknya, saya punya pengalaman yang sangat berharga tentang kesehatan apa saat mengkonsumsi makanan dari luar.

Walaupun tidak terjadi dengan saya sepenuhnya, ketika teman saya makan makanan yang berasal dari luar dan mengandung penyedap yang berlebihan maka dia akan mengalami beberapa hal yang tidak terduga oleh ku.

Kadang bibirnya bengkak, dan menimbulkan rasa gatal yang luar biasa, bahkan badannya sampai mengeluarkan cairan akibat gatal tersebut, dia memang tidak bisa sembarang makan biar pun makan tersebut pernah dia masak sendiri di rumah, namun tidak akan membuat dia sakit karenanya.

Jadi efek dari makanan luar memang tidak main-main untuknya, kalau untuk saya paling juga teler(pusing) jika terlalu banyak penyedap dan tidak sampai bengkak bibir dan semakin seksi saya tanpa harus di suntik seperti orang-orang yang menginginkan bibir seksi.

Pengalaman memang akan mengajari kita untuk selalu waspada bagi orang yang memang perduli dengan kejadian-kejadian seperti itu, saya juga berharap untuk teman-teman saya untuk lebih jeli dalam memilih makanan demi kesehatan mereka sendiri juga,🙏
