一, 한국군 정면의 적은 9월 3일 미명을 기하여 각 전선 일제히 공격을 개시하였음.
제2군단은 화산동(1178~1467)~722.8고지(1174~1467)~(1171~1468)~상본동(1168~1470) 선에서 적 약 2개 사단의 남진을 저지 중에 있음.
二, 군은 일부 병력을 이동하려 함.
三, (1) 제7사단장은 예하 8연대를 9월 3일 18:00까지 신령(1176~1460)으로 이동시켜 제2군단에 배속하라.
(2) 제2군단장은 전기 배속 병력을 통합 지휘하라.
