ADVANTAGES OF PLANTING TREES DURING THE RAINY SEASON:

The first biggest advantage of planting trees during the rainy season is the natural water supply which comes from the rainfall as it reduce the need for irrigation. The moist soil helps in the strong production of roots which improves the health of the tree. The rain also keeps the soil soft which also decreases the efforts that the farmers do. In the rainy season, the plants and trees grows faster because the moisture is lock in the environment which helps in plants health and it is also easier for a farmer to take good care of the plants and trees.

-DISADVANTAGES:

Since there are advantages but on the other hand there are many disadvantages as well. The one disadvantage is that too much or excessive rainfall can lead to waterlogging means the plants or crops cannot absorb more water and it can lead to fungal infections. The heavy rains can also lead to the loss of soil which is the another disadvantage. New plants can also be harmed by the moist conditions. The flooded ground can require more effort for farmers and it is also difficult to do planting activities because the land is muddy.

ADVANTAGES OF PLANTING TREES IN OTHER SEASONS:

There are many advantages of planting trees in seasons other than the rainy season. We don't have to over water the plants or trees means they should reach the exact amount of water, hence we should avoid overwatering. In dry weather it is easier to maintain the plants in good condition it also reduces the chances of fungal infections. Also the dry weather makes planting locations more easier which allows organized and well planned efforts and it is also free from the challenges like flooding or mud.

-DISADVANTAGES:

Planting trees other than rainy season also have some disadvantages. Since there is little or no rainfall so trees have to be watered regularly by hand which also increases water usage. Newly planted trees can be harmed by harsh weather conditions like extreme summer heat and cold in winter. The growth process of the plant or tree can also be slowed down in certain seasons which can also delay the formation of root. So it takes more time and we have to make sure that the trees are protected and they also need extra care, so planting during the seasons other than the rainy season is more expensive and it takes more time.

CONCLUSION (My Opinion):

In my opinion, i think rainy season is the best time for planting trees because newly planted trees can grow strong roots and it is all with the help of natural rainfall and the mild temperatures. To stop flooding, proper drainage and preparation of soil is important. There are many problems during the rainy season but it is also very useful as we don't have to plant the trees everyday by hand, the natural rainfall is enough to keep the soil moist. Trees are very important for us as it gives us shade and wood. We should plant more trees as it kept increasing the greenery which is very good for the environment.
