They talk about this as if once you test negative for the virus, then you are free to play and you will never get it... It's a pandemic: there is no vaccine, no immediate cure, it's spreading exponentially and through breathing and you can't minimize it (masks are not really proven to work for those not infected). It's a case of trying to fight it, build up immunity and try to discover a vaccine now. This will take at least a few months (not weeks) to discover, develop, test and manufacture in huge amounts, as was the case with influenza.
