Normally community reassurance from the president would be encouraging. However, trump can’t read, and doesn’t listen to anyone, and if he did, he wouldn’t understand what they’re saying... So it’s hard to draw any assurance from anything he says. Of course Trump is 'unconcerned', he probably thinks Covid-19 will be eradicated by a tweet. He probably doesn't even know how antibodies work.
