Yeah, looks like they only increase CPU and GPU clocks a bit and made some few minor changes.
The SoC rating https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-list/rating shows that 865 Plus scores +60R point in antutu, which is quire impressive. In geekbench there is not much difference though.
