True, subsistence farming is common in our different residential areas as this gives us natural farm produce for us to feed on, on my take between roasted corn and boiled corn, I'd prefer boiled corn, as I feel the boiled corn really bring out the taste of the corn and with the pear combo,it tastes is unmatched, unlike roasted corn, it may be like that just for me, others may have different take on this, but I'd choose boiled over roasted anytime, anyday.
