RE: Learning to manifest physical health through the gift of creation

I'd love to hear more about the self guided natural lung support regimen! Specifics if you can see your way to that....

I'd come across mention of it somewhere and asked my doctor about getting started on it. She was not encouraging. I didn't find anything else on it, but I am a horrible researcher.

Sort:

Mullein tincture will be the main powerhouse, but I'm looking into more things to add, as I now have more of an idea what else to look at. He suggested that maybe something is inflamed or swollen, as after my diaphragm is done with the muscular act of breathing, air is still moving in or out. Would signal a tight airway, which is the generic definition of asthma, I suppose. Something to majorly help with inflammation, specifically of the mucous membranes. I'll make a post as I learn and take some action :)

According to this, I'm going to want to look at osha, elecampane, and plantain.

Might be useful to you too!

Looks like most of them are for inflammation, something that's not part of the problem. They've ruled out asthma. The bronchial tubes aren't swollen apparently. I can breathe fine, just feels like I'm not getting oxygen. The osha looked like it might be more beneficial.

The regimen I read mention of looked to be more physical than taking things for it....But I couldn't find out more....

Makes me wonder if your alveoli are scarred, making it harder for the oxygen you're breathing to be picked up. Any mention of that?

No, not so far. I did have pneumonia a year ago that set this whole breathing thing off....
