Have y'all heard of a "red tent?" It's something of a ritual that I've heard of in passing on a lot of podcasts. Herbalist and witch conventions often have one set up for anyone needing it, but I'm not sure what all it entails. Sounds relevant to this conversation though.
And I wonder the significance of women syncing up too... I wonder how it'd play into fertility rituals in ancient cultures, making somewhat of a "breeding season," if you will. Lots of things to explore when you bring up the menstrual cycle.

I can end up going down all sorts of rabbit holes when it comes to thinking about how our traits, habits and peculiarities, both mental and physical, originated. It's a real journey of discovery and I love it!
