I know...I know. The brushes they provided were really bad. Some of the colors dried up and I had to mix them with water and spatula. The frame? I had to replace one of them because it was bent.
I wonder if a better quality exists. I saw some at a different shop but decided not to try it again. It causes way too much stress,, at least for me.
