IMAGINARY FLOWER DRAWING

When I saw the flower art contest, I felt a little excited. I’ve always loved flowers. They make me feel calm, like a quiet hug from nature. So I took my charcoal pencil and started drawing one not a real flower, but one I imagined. It had soft, curved petals like gentle waves, and I gave it deep dark lines to show its shadows. I shaded the edges, blending the pencil with my fingers until it looked almost real.

As I drew, I remembered something strange: people don’t usually give flowers to boys. But I think boys should get flowers too. Not just because they’re handsome, but because sometimes we feel things we don’t say.

This flower might not grow in any real garden, but it grew from my imagination, and that’s why I like it.
