RE: Contest: Steemit Visual Arts Museum - Tezzmax The Artist.
Wow, friend.
You really surprised me. It showcases an artist I wasn't familiar with, if I only go by what you publish daily.
I'm glad you took your time and thought about how to present this great presentation.
What impresses me about the whole thing is your ability to capture light using color, or lines and brushstrokes of color.
It reminds me of impressionism, capturing the light at midday, at sunset, at a nightclub... whatever.
My favorites
- Iyalode, the colored zipper experiment. When I saw it, I thought you used a spatula to mark each colored dot. Then I read that you used pieces of zippers, like the "tiles" of a mosaic.
- Reflection
The minimalism, the atmosphere, the framing, the use of white scribbles make it unique.
Anyway, my friend, I can only thank you for letting me get to know you better.
By the way, if you made a series of videos to learn "Painting with Tezzmax," you'd be a hit on Steem. I'll see you in an upcoming SLC challenge.
Make up your mind, I'm here to support you.
Thank you so much for the warm comment, I've heard so much about the video thing but would it work using just YouTube links?
By the way, it's difficult to post such detailed content on daily basis and at the same time very discouraging when such post is being shared and it never got noticed.
You're talking about https://speem.watch/, right?
Well, for now, you have to upload them to YouTube first, and with that link, they'll be located in the Steemit app.
You've been on Steemit for so many years, and if you write to get noticed, you'll feel discouraged. In my country, there's a saying that goes, "Get over it!" Do something else...
Think about it. If you decide to try videos, you have my contact information.
Funny how I haven't heard of Speem before now, I'll check it out and once I start I shall bring it to your notice.
