Painting Observing the Lake
Happy day friends, I want to show you today a very beautiful painting that I have taken from my imagination, the truth many times we want distraction in our lives and as we really do not have the benefit many times I do it painted, this is how I travel with my imagination and placing it on a sheet to visualize what I want.
The truth is that painting is something that I have loved since I was a child and I have finally been achieving it with your help.
To start with this painting I used materials, cold paint, brushes, notebook paper.
The next thing was to place a tape to create a frame on the sheet, to cover the stripes of the leaves, then mix cold paint in black with purple, and I started darkening from the top, in this way I will make the gradient background that you see here, this I did with a large brush.
Once we have the background ready and finished, we are going to use a light orange color and with the help of a brush, we are going to create small clouds, as you can see it looks very realistic, so we are going to continue making many clouds that look far away.
The next thing was to make with the dark green color and a thin brush, the distant mountains, with a darker tone I painted a small boat and stars in the sky.
Finally our painting was ready, a sunset that you can observe and at the same time feel that you are there enjoying that view.
This is a very beautiful seascape painting and I love the finishing view so muc, I want to believe that what you meant by cold paint is that the paints are in cake form and not inside a tube right? Do you plan framing this?
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
It's a pity @newmanjosue doesn't seem to care.

Hi,

I like to know what you mean by "cold paint" . What exactly did you use? Watercolour, acrylic or something else?
Did you use scotch tape?
I also like to hear/see the brushes you used (size) and the technique. We like to learn from others.
If it comes to your painting:
I totally love it! From the paper you used to the way you built it, the choice of colours and how you managed to show more than just a sunset above a lake.
