Hello guy, how are you all doing today, I will love to share with you my beautiful textile design.
I stretched my cardboard on a board with water tape and I wet it with water and I let it dry, then I drew my patterns on the plain cardboard, the patterns I used is called Animal mofits (Duck) this patterns represents resilience and serenity in the Yoruba culture, after drawing the patterns(the Ducks and the little circle) I prepared my background color mixing lemon yellow and and white together and I paint it on it avoiding the motifs after that I started drawing lines with black paint on the colored part of the background after I mixed brown and black for the pointillism, after that I mixed light green, deep green and a little bit of black for the ducks again I mixed vermilion, lemon yellow, white and black for the ducks which makes two colors on each duck and I applied them on the motifs (the duck) and I outline it with black and I also did some decorations on the ducks( motifs) with black paint to make it more beautiful.
The materials I used for these beautiful Ankara textile on paper is board, cardboard, water tape, poster colors also know as smartkids colors, brush point 0 and 2, and palette for mixing of the colors.

You've been developing a whole series of prints inspired by your country's ancestral culture. I took the liberty of creating this image with one of your designs. I think, and this is just an idea that occurred to me, that you could turn your art into t-shirt designs on Steemit.
What do you think of that idea?

Wow thanks so much for this idea, I really appreciate, I will put it into consideration

Well, I think you have a potential business opportunity based on your designs. You could promote them on Steemit. I'm sure many would like them.
I wish you success.
