Hoy quiero mostrarte esta ilustración que hice de un retrato de gitana en acuarelas, mi cabello es ondulado pero es muy rebelde, corto y seco y siempre lo tengo en cola, debe ser por eso que me gusta dibujar mujeres con cabello ondulado suelto rebelde y largo que se vean hermosas.

Today I want to show you this illustration I made of a gypsy portrait in watercolors. My hair is wavy, but it's very unruly, short, and dry, and I always have it in a ponytail. That must be why I like to draw women with long, unruly, loose wavy hair that looks beautiful.

Mi idea era hacer una morena con el cabello como de la película animada del jorobado, pero creo que hice un choque de culturas la ponerle el punto rojo en la frente, es la importancia de saber sobre la cultura que dibujas.

My idea was to make a brunette with hair like from the animated movie The Hunchback, but I think I created a culture shock by putting the red dot on her forehead. It's important to know about the culture you're drawing.

Este fue un retrato en acuarelas, primero hice un boceto a lápiz y luego lo definí bien de acuerdo a lo que quería, recuerda que la base de una buena acuarela es un buen dibujo.

This was a watercolor portrait. First, I made a pencil sketch and then defined it well according to what I wanted. Remember that the basis of a good watercolor is a good drawing.

Después fui agregando acuarelas de lo mas claro a lo más oscuro, la tinta se me acabó pero quería que su cabello fuera mas negro, usé el negro de las acuarelas y no pegó tan bien, aún así este retrato me gustó bastante

Then I added watercolors from the lightest to the darkest, I ran out of ink but I wanted her hair to be blacker, I used the black from the watercolors and it didn't match as well, even so I liked this portrait quite a bit
