Day 3 @ The "Old Masters by The Future Masters" Art Workshop.
Good day Steemians and Art Lovers 🤗
Today being the third day of the workshop was really fun, we go to learn some facts about paintings by the old masters and how they went about their styles and techniques.
Since the workshop was centered around oil colours, it made it difficult to work fast, one has to wait some hours after every layer in order to have the painting solid enough. Since I couldn't do much with the oil painting today, I decided to prepare another canvas which I would be working on using my personal style and technique which is scribbles.
For oil painting that I started yesterday, I added some touches to it today by covering up the cloth and cap of the figure and eventually left the piece to dry to some extent.
I think I might be able to add more colours to the portraiture tomorrow and build up the forms and the temperature in the painting.

It's the only way to "kill" time during the drying process to paint something else in between. I wonder what the others are doing.

Yeah, people are doing lots of other stuffs in between, yes, I prepared the background of my Canvas.
