Everything contributes to a cycle of accumulated experiences, what we call craft. How else can we unleash our creative potential and want to leave a mark somewhere?

You know, yesterday I thougt leaving a mark isn't my goal. If it comes to it I don't care. I care more about creating something for me.
I woke up after some hours of sleep or whatever it was. Let's say I laid stretched out. First thing I did was painting. The bit of light I blocked with my presence. Later, as it dried some results looked better than expected. Just for me.... limiting colours

The first impression is internal. It's produced by what you feel when you create. That serene sensation of painting, coloring, writing. It's a powerful and seductive feeling. That's why writing, or painting, or whatever a true artist does (the world doesn't necessarily have to recognize your work), because you carry that compelling need to create with you everywhere. And then you're going to do it anyway. The biggest difference is that when you have someone to share your art with, it's doubly great.
