Do you believe judgment needs the help of balance? Share your views.

Balance is necessary if we look at both sides without bias or favoring one side and continuing to blame the other without strong evidence. Balance also helps us when the person who wants to deliver judgment must not be angry, as well as not to be criticized; he must have good intentions to solve the problem amicably. Controlling our emotions plays an effective role in balancing the situation. We should observe and not judge for their mistakes, but it is good to make corrections so that people who make mistakes can adjust.

Effective listening plays an important role by listening to both sides in order to make a proper judgment. A person who has good behavior would be able to try as much as possible to make judgments to reconcile between the two parties.

How much does a balance help us to make correct judgments? Describe!

Balance can help us make correct judgments. If we try to remove our personal feelings, doing this will help settle matters between third parties. Judgment, in some cases, needs an extra amount of care, so the person who wants to make the judgment needs to think as well as see things from different perspectives.

Sometimes, we are too quick to judge instead of having a cool mind and observing what is going on in order to deliver a better judgment. Even if we see others' faults, we must gather necessary information that proves that person is a wrongdoer. We must not decide yet; it's good to listen attentively before making a judgment.

Judgment and balance are so important, and if they are not used together, both will affect each other. In fact, balance and judgment are better understood if the person delivers the judgment the way it should be, and in that case, no trouble will occur.

This is except when one has judgments to decide, and if one does not have the balance to resolve the matter, one side will be affected because they will think that you are envious of their success. Balance and success are connected because a person without judgment may not quickly take action; he will still think about it. We need both of them to achieve a good outcome as well as clarity on the issue.
