How did you glance towards the word organised? Define.

When I looked at the word organised, the first thing that crossed my mind was the order, structure and proper arrangement. This is because to be organised is to have order in ideas, in deeds, in things. It entails developing a system that brings confusion to a minimum, and efficiency to the maximum. An example of this is an organised desk where all the items have their respective locations, so that locating and using any item becomes very easy.

At individual level, organised means that one is able to manage time, resources, and responsibilities in a manner that does not cause stress unnecessarily. It is also an indication of discipline and focus and purpose. Organisation is not only a matter of neatness but also a matter of establishing balance and direction thus tasks and goals are executed in a smooth and successful manner.

Are you an organised person in your personal and professional Life? Share.

Yes, I am an organised individual not only in personal life but also in my job life. To me, structure and order are effortless and more productive existence. In personal life, I prefer preparing my daily time schedule, maintaining a neat environment, and prioritizing things which makes me save time and avoid stress. In my profession, I utilize schedules, to-do lists, and appropriate record-keeping as ways of keeping up with duties.

Organised nature also enables me to achieve deadlines and have a clear outlook on my goals. Despite the difficulties occasionally, I also make an attempt to change and stay on course. All in all, organisation makes me work more effectively, stay consistent and manage life and work.

Do you believe organised work saves our time, energy and money? Justify your point.

Yes I am convinced that all the energy, time and money are saved in organised work as it brings sanity and clarity in everything we do. Tasks have to be organized properly so that time will not be spent on finding materials, doing the same work several times or fixing the mistakes. This implies that energy is channeled towards getting results as opposed to confusion. Organisation also avoids unnecessary stress through making work predictable and easier to deal with.

Money-wise, being organised saves resources on waste and assists in preventing expensive mistakes, e.g. losing time due to missed deadlines or forgetting of tasks. Indicatively, annual budgeting is an organised method of making sure money is allocated in the most appropriate way and costs are managed. In personal or business life, organised work brings a feeling of order that facilitates productivity, conserving the resources that otherwise would have gone to waste and enhances an overall improvement.
