What do you understand by basic education?
BASIC EDUCATION is the first stage of learning, better known as the foundational stage of learning that equips a person with essential skills, values, and knowledge needed to function effectively in society and the world at large.
Basic education includes primary and secondary schools, where learners are taught reading, writing, arithmetic, basic science, social studies, and life skills. In summary, it is the stage that lays the foundation of learning.
According to you, what things should have been included in the basic education? Explain!
The things that should have been included in the basic education should be the following:
Practical life skills skills like critical thinking, problem solving, and financial literacy.
Civic education and moral: This should be included to instill discipline, respect, responsibility, and honesty.
Creative and Vocational skills: This should be included to help children explore their talent and develop self-reliance.
Health and Hygiene education: This should be included to promote physical and mental well-being.
Do you believe basic education plays a vital role in our growth? Explain how?
Yes, I believe education plays a vital role in our growth for the following reasons:
Education develops the foundation for reading, writing, problem-solving, and understanding
Education builds confidence and allows people to express themselves freely.
Education helps to reduce poverty and inequality by providing opportunities for self-reliance and employment.
Education shapes our character and values, making us responsible citizens.

Health and hygiene need to be included in basic education because many of this children do not take the cleanliness seriously so they need to be taught in schools so that they can be save from illness as well as to stay health throughout their life. Thanks for the invitation
