Incredible India monthly contest of September #2| Inner peace or outer Joy!

in Incredible Indiayesterday

Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Inner peace or outer Joy!" as part of my participation in this 👉contest organized by @meraindia

What is your preference, inner peace or outer joy? Choose one with a rationale!

Inner peace is my preference and not outer joy. What I value the most and don't joke with in life is my inner peace of mind. As I see no point in having outer joy when there is no inner peace, because it is inner peace that makes one feel better about themselves. During lonely times, such as at night or when one decides to meditate on their life, it is inner peace that brings comfort to the person.

Outer joy is like claiming to be fine when everything is not okay with you. Once there's inner peace, there is joy, happiness, freedom, and pure love, but an outer joy without inner peace is a problem that can shorten one's life due to overthinking.

Do you believe anyone can achieve outer joy but not inner peace? Justify!

Yes, I strongly believe anyone can achieve outer joy but not inner peace. Nowadays, people struggle and fight for outer joy because they want society to respect and see that they're rich. Outer joy is the joy that we struggle to get in life, such as the joy of winning, getting promoted, buying cars, etc, which I classified as materialistic jo,y, and it is what anyone can struggle to achieve.

A person with outer joy can't have inner peace, which is what millions of people are experimenting with, and it is the reason why people who are rich and wealthy suffer from hypertension and heartbreak because they lack inner peace.

Share some lessons related to the above two!

Mr. Pius was a well-known, hardworking, and ambitious man. During his days of struggling, he was the happiest person as he was satisfied with whatever he got. He had nothing to worry about and all he was struggling for was to have a better life. Suddenly, things changed for Mr. Pius when he became rich.

As he became rich, the inner peace that he was enjoying was no longer there for him because he could no longer go to he places he used to go when he was struggling, he could no longer walk freely in his street without security by his side. Family and friends' problems became too much for him, and since he became rich, he lacks the time to get adequate sleep and spend time with his loved ones. He has outer joy, but lacks inner peace.
