The September contest #2 by sduttaskitchen| Significance of the term organised!
Good day, Steemit people. I hope this post meets us well. And we are doing good today. Well, I am glad to be here again to participate in this beautiful contest. The contest topics of this community are interesting, and so I always love to be a part of it. Today we are talking about organizing, and here is what I think about the subject we are discussing.
How did you glance towards the word organised? Define!
Well, the word "organizing" talks about our ability to plan ourselves, structure ourselves, be able to manage our time, and make good use of it so that we can be productive in life. If someone is not organized, the person won’t be able to make out much from their life.
For example, every day we have things that we want to do and achieve. Being organized will require that we focus and prioritize our activities every day; we have to arrange them in order of importance, which is called scale of preference. We put the important duties first and do them, then the less important ones last. In that way, we will be able to achieve a lot more things than when we just walk through the day without plans.
Also in organizing ourselves. We learn to stick with our plans for the day, ensuring we assign time for the tasks that we want to do for the day. In that way, we won’t spend so much time on one task. We apply smartness and urgency. When we do this, we also try to make the most use of the resources available to us to avoid wasting our resources. Also part of organizing is making sure that we put the place where we are staying or living in order and avoid scattered environments. Ensure our houses and living space are well kept.
Are you an organised person in your personal and professional Life? Share!
Yes, I am an organized person. My friends will even confirm this. I don’t leave my room scattered in the house. When I wake up every morning, I ensure that I sweep my room and dress the bed. Then I proceed to wash plates and clean other areas of the house before going to work.
In the place where I work, my madam knows me as the one that keeps the shop clean. This is because I am organized and don’t like to scatter things around. When I come back from work, I don’t scatter my bag, shoes, or clothes on the bed and leave them there. I ensure that I put everything where they are supposed to be. I like staying in an organized environment. It gives me peace of mind.
Do you believe organised work saves our time, energy and money? Justify your point.
Yes, I do. Being organized has many benefits for us. Itsaves us time because it helps us to be able to accomplish our tasks on time, unlike when you are confused and don’t know what to do or where to start from.
When you are organized, you will be more relaxed, reduce stress, and have mental peace. You will be able to think well and straightforwardly, unlike when you are not organized.
When you are organized, you will have more focus, you will be able to achieve much in a short period of time, you will be able to use the resources available to you, and you will avoid waste. You will be able to focus on tasks that are most important, and in that way, your productivity will increase. So organizing helps a lot, and we should always seek to be organized.
Thanks, hope you enjoyed my post.
