Disability is not a curse, but a way of life. They didn't choose to have it, so it shouldn't be seen as a curse.

How do you glance towards the word disability? Describe.

When I hear the word disability, I don’t think of it as something bad. I see it as a part of life that makes some people special in their own way. A disability doesn’t mean a person cannot do things, it just means they might do them differently. I see strength, courage, and determination in people living with disabilities.

I have seen a disabled man who cooks on the street and sell to people. He wasn't doing it like the normal people, but the end result was topnotch. I asked myself how someone without hands could do these and still get it right.

They inspire me because they keep pushing forward, even when things are not easy. To me, disability is not about what someone cannot do, but about what they can do with the abilities they have. It reminds me that everyone has their own challenges, just in different forms.

I also believe that people with disabilities deserve the same chances as everyone else in school, work, and daily life. The world should be more open and welcoming, with spaces that make life easier for everyone.

So, when I think of disability, I don’t see weakness. I see strong people who prove that true ability comes from the heart, not just the body. Everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and loved for who they are.

Which disability is more challenging? Physical or mental!

Both physical and mental disabilities can be hard, but in different ways.

A physical disability is something people can see, like when someone can’t walk, use their hands well, or needs a wheelchair. It can make daily life harder, but with support, tools, and care, many people still do amazing things and live happily.

Mental disabilities are not easy to see. They affect how a person feels, thinks, or behaves. Things like depression, anxiety, or other mental health problems can make someone feel tired, sad, or lost inside. The hardest part is that people often don’t understand what they’re going through because it’s not visible. This can make the person feel alone or judged.

It’s difficult to say which one is more challenging because both can deeply affect a person’s life. But mental disabilities can sometimes be harder because people don’t always notice or believe the pain someone feels inside.

In the end, both kinds of disabilities need care, patience, and understanding. Everyone deserves kindness, whether their struggles can be seen or not. What really matters is helping each other live with peace, hope, and respect.

How can we encourage those who are going through a disability? Explain!

We can encourage people with disabilities by showing them love, care, and respect. The best way is to treat them like everyone else not with pity or letting them feel less of themselves, but with kindness and understanding. A smile, a friendly chat, or helping when needed can make them feel accepted and happy.

We should also believe in their abilities. Many people with disabilities have great talents and dreams, but sometimes they face barriers or are not given a chance. Encouraging them means supporting their goals and giving them opportunities to learn, work, and do what they love because without these, you dash their hope.

We can also share positive stories of people with disabilities who are doing great things. These stories can give hope and show that a disability does not stop someone from living a full life.

Most of all, we should be patient, kind, and supportive. When people with disabilities feel loved and respected, they gain confidence and strength. Encouragement means helping them see that they are important, capable, and special just the way they are. Even when they doubt it, you keep up with your words of encouragement.
