How did you glance towards the word organized? Define!

Organized means having order, format or structure in the way you handle some everything; chores, resources or time. An organized person creates plan and set some routines that helps him achieve a given task easily. It is arranging things in a way of clarity, limiting confusion and increasing productivity.

Organization is not all about neatness, it is also about focus which allows you to handle responsibilities easily and avoid stress. Organized is just setting down some plans ahead of time to avoid casualties, it also reflect discipline in detail which simply means that the person involved knows what he/she is doing. Being organized hinders unnecessary mistakes, failures, disorder or miscalculations.

When someone is organized, the person remembers things easily, handles work effectively and produce accurate result.

Oh yes! I am the most organized person I have ever met. I learnt being organized from an aunt who actually thought she was treating me bad, but never knew she was teaching me stuffs and I was busy learning, although feeling bad in the process.

I once lived with my cousin when I was much younger. She taught me how to be organized in everything I do. While cooking in the kitchen, she never waits till she's done with cooking before she cleans up, she cleans up at once while cooking. Today, I am perfect in that area.

I am one person that keeps things well without thinking of where I kept them. My brother was shocked one faithful day he touched my shirt in the wardrobe, when I returned, I asked who touched my clothe line and everyone was surprised how I knew, they all denied but I kept insisting that someone touched it because it was no longer the way I positioned it. My brother quietly came and told me that he was the one that touched it.

You see when I am organized, it helps me plan my day, my life and other activities. It helps me remember a lot of things that has to be done. I once asked a friend about planning and her response showed that she never plans, she is the kind of person that would wake up to anything life throws for the day and this her singular lifestyle kept making her a disorganized fellow because she is either looking for something, or thinking of how to solve a problem or save cost.

I plan my everyday before it surfaces, that is being organized. When I work, I work with time, that is being organized and being organized has kept me in the limelight because I maintain my neatness and other qualities.

Yes, it does! Organized work saves a lot of trouble, stress, cost and time. When you organize yourself for a journey few days before the appointed day, you get to travel with ease, save your time and stress. But when you don't organize before traveling, you waste time, spend more and engage in stress.

The same thing is applicable to a pregnant woman. When she organizes herself before delivery date, she walks gently to the hospital even before time and wait for labour, but a disorganized fellow would run into confusion, dis-orderliness and stress, because she didn't plan and organize things before hand and that would cost her more time, more funds and more energy.

I believe that being organized is entitled to everyone, not just to women but also to men. It gives us the confidence to face reality in our daily lives.
