Greetings great Steemians and members of this great community, it’s my honor to be a moderator in this great community for over a month's now and it is my duty to give my best to this great community, and also it is my responsibility to always share my weekly report and this is my first one, I hope you found it interesting as you are reading it, Walk with me as I break down the duties I performed this week.
Currently, a contest is going on in the community, organized by our community's respected Admin Mam @meraindia. Like every time, the contest is always great and interesting and the topic of this contest is Old Vs New!. This is a very important topic. Honestly, its not a new thing that the major duty of a moderator on Steemit is post verification within the community he or she work with. As a moderator in Incredible India Community, I have perform my obligation of post verification. What I admire about this community’s administrative system is the discipline in the aspect of moderator. As usual, I’ll love to tabulate the days of moderation with the number of post verified each day.

As a community moderator, its my duty to make sure that the community growth is fully operational. Yesterday afternoon our senior moderator gave me a responsibility that I should always screenshot the tag I normally tag people and post it under my post as photos of my weekly report, I am glad to say that the tag is going very well and everyone is giving their best specially Newcomers in the community, With this, I hope to reach out to different steemians both from my region and outide my region.

Being a community moderator doesn’t means that you aren’t a member there, so being a community member is very good because things will come out, Currently, I have 4 active posts in the community. Due to the killing in benue state, But I am hoping to be active this week because we are on break.
