Hello friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be sharing with you all about how I spent my morning

What a beautiful morning I woke up to see today, the sun was crystal 🔮 clear and very beautiful with one of the most beautiful sunrise 🌄.

Well as usual health is wealth so I got prepared because I needed to be at the gym esap, so I went outside and started jogging till I reach the gym, it's not all that far it's just a couple of blocks away from my place

So reaching the gym I was the only one there because it was very early though some of my gym mate were actually coming on the way because one of them called me to ask if I was going to turn up that he's on his way.

I did a couple of interesting workout routines and after that I was joined by about two of my gym mate and we did some more workout program together, I spent more than an hour at the gym this morning and it was worth the time because I really did something and I was sweating 🥵 like a Christmas goat 😂😂.

So I was tired and exhausted and exercise time was over, and I went straight home which of course I didn't go straight to relaxing because I needed to do my morning chores and after I did my chores I had my bath 🚿 and breakfast fast was serve.

Speaking of breakfast well no need for judgment because I have made it my business to become very healthy because if I do not take care of myself no one will.

My breakfast may sound and look very funny but to me it was worth it, yesterday I prepared pumpkin leaf 🌿 soup and when you are into body building you need enough protein, so to achieve that I had to fry two eggs as seen in the above picture in other to boost the protein content in my meal and combining it with my soup to eat was very delicious and after I finished eating my breakfast I just couldn't stand up again so I slept off right on the floor.
