made by canva.
How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I am back with another new recipe post. Today I will show you how to make a new dish with you. The usual dish that we all like but have never made or bought like this. Today I will try to show you how to make delicious yogurt fuchka at home very easily.
It is difficult to find people who do not like fuchka. Especially girls, it is their favorite food. When they go out or go out, if they cannot eat fuchka, they do not feel like going out properly. We boys also like it very much. I do not know how others do it, but I like it very much. I was watching viral videos of yogurt fuchka on YouTube for some days. I thought that I would not go to the market and buy it, but I would make it at home. For this, I was scheduling a day off from work.
Ingredients | Quantity |
---|---|
1. Sour yogurt. | 300 grams |
2. Fuska bought from the market. | 30 taka |
3. Potatoes - | half a kg. |
4. Boot daul - | 200 grams. |
5. Egg - | 1 peach. |
6. Oil - | as much as needed |
7. Salt - | as much as you like. |
8. Onion - | two large ones. |
9. Green chili | - 4 peaches. |
10. Chanachur - | 1 packet. |
First step:-
First, soak the boot daul in clean water for 3/4 hours. I also put the potatoes in the water.
Second step:-
Now put the pot on the stove and boil the soaked boot daul, potatoes and eggs.
Third step:-
Now put the pan on the stove and add oil to it and fry the fuska bought from the market. Do not let it get too brown while frying.
Fourth step:-
Now I cut some onions and green chillies in a bowl.
Fifth step:-
Now I put boiled potatoes, potatoes and chopped onions and chillies in a bowl. Now I have to mix them well with some chilli powder and salt. You can also use homemade fuska masala along with it. If someone likes it more spicy, then you can increase the quantity.
Sixth step:-
Now I have to break the fried fuskas on one side and put the mixture prepared in the direction of potato potatoes inside. I filled all the fuskas and kept them on a plate. Now I have to make a basket on it with the help of a boiled egg cutter.
Seventh step:-
Now I have to pour the sour curd bought from the market in a bowl and shake it well. Then I have to pour it on each fuska.
Eighth step:-
Now , you have to add chanachur on top. Now it is ready to eat.
