Todos los seres humanos somos diferentes. Algunos sienten que la vida es más maravillosa dependiendo de los viajes que realice, de los restaurantes que visite, de los platillos que deguste, de la ropa de última moda que adquiera y de la cantidad de dinero que tenga en sus cuentas bancarias. Sin embargo, a mí lo que me hace sentir bien en la vida es compartir con mi familia.

La naturaleza es sanadora. Tengo la fortuna de vivir cerca del mar; y a veces cuando la nostalgia me embarga, me voy al malecón y contemplo el vaivén de las olas, que en su ir y venir nos demuestra que todo fluye y que nada es para siempre: ni el dolor ni la alegría. De manera que debemos tratar de imitar ese movimiento del oleaje para asumir la vida. Solo así comprenderemos que todo pasará.

Failures and disappointments are painful and yet they teach me how to recover. I ponder about my future I would like to create, and the person I should become. Music, silence and deep thinking usually arouse that fire.
Just in case you are a flesh and blood person, and you want to feel good on the inside, begin by being good to yourself. Be self-loving and avoid the comparison of your path and the paths of others.

Often, we encounter individuals who are primarily motivated by their own self-interest. When one possesses something to offer, such individuals may surround them for their own benefit. However, when trust is extended, and one gives generously, the true behaviour of others becomes evident in times of need. Unfortunately, one may find that only excuses remain in such situations.

Hay situaciones en la vida en las que sentimos que ya no podemos más, que todo está perdido o situaciones en dónde los problemas nos saturan porque se hace cada día más fuertes y sentimos no aguantar más,
es allí donde necesitamos actuar y buscar reiniciarse, para tener salud mental y estabilidad emocional.

En mi caso creo que son muchos factores los que me ayudan, una oración puede ayudarme a encontrar mi paz interior y sentir que todo estará bien, orando encuentro tranquilidad y siento como suelto cargas que no debo cargar. Es una actividad que hago a diario pero sobre todo en momentos turbulentos porque me brinda mucha paz.
