Health can be affected by hot weather if we are careless. On the road in this kind of weather, first of all I think you should pay attention/consider the time & how long you are going to do outdoor activities. try to be outside in the morning or evening with the sun not too hot. Choose loose, light, and cotton clothes so that your body can breathe. Remember to wear a hat and umbrella, don't forget sunscreen because your skin has to do it all otherwise your skin will go crazy.

Remember to carry a water bottle, make sure you drink enough for your body in your bag. If possible, fill it with ice water or lemon juice to refresh it. Things to add to your basket include a small fan, wet wipes, a small towel, sunglasses, and hand sanitizer. If you have any medical conditions, take your personal medications as well. Don’t forget snacks, such as; one or two pieces of fruit or whole wheat crackers to keep your body awake.

Direct sunlight and do not expose your newborn to direct sunlight; keep the room cool. Turn on the fan or air conditioner at half temperature, and dress your baby in single cotton clothes to prevent overheating. At daytime not to swaddle them completely. Ensure your baby is fed regularly to avoid dehydration, either with breast milk or formula (if using a bottle think sparing, not all go in each feed). Parents of course got to drink water, do not stay in the sun for too long and wear light clothes. They also have things like hypertension or heart disease, so the heat is another risk factor, so we have to keep a close eye on them because hot weather.

Eating food is also very important, make sure it is fresh and healthy. The best vegetables that can drain water are cucumber, lettuce & spinach. Watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya, and oranges are fruits that retain water to replenish your body fluids. The kind that is not too oily and not too spicy, because it contains your internal heat.

Young coconut water, a little honey, and lime is my new favorite drink right now. Refreshing, natural, and really makes you feel energized after physical activity. Gado-Gado with the gilio (Indonesian variety of lettuce) and other veggies make great hot weather main dish as long as they dont get wet with the peanut dressing

We all can keep ourselves in good shape during the summer, and with it's a made process if use be concerned and take care of ourselves and our family.
