The most fundamental stage of schooling providing the basis on which the emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child is expressed, reading and mathematics are learned and a value system is formed.

This education includes the elementary and junior high schools, and aims to promote the learning of basic skills, such as reading, writing, and mathematics, and to cultivate an initial understanding of science, the arts, and life. Primary education’s function is to provide the framework for enabling children to meet the challenges of higher levels of education and life itself.

There are a number of components to basic education to give children all-round development. Literacy and numeracy S: First of all, it’s to know what literacy and numeracy is about. The children need to be able to read, understand things and do little sums. Second, it is a character education that must be accentuated: character like honesty, responsibility, discipline and empathy.

This is a lot important as the students are not just intellectual brilliant but they are also morally. Third, good practices of thinking and critical problem-solving must be taught from a young age so that children learn creative problem-solving. (4) Fourth, nonspecific health, hygiene, and environmental education must be given so that the children may grow healthy and play their part in preserving the environment. Social and communication skills are indeed needed to learn how to work in unison, how to tolerate differences, and how to communicate with the other.

In my view, primary education is the bedrock of our development. It’s like a building’s foundation; if the foundation is solid, the building resting upon it is likely to be robust. When children are well taught at basic education level, they are more likely to succeed in further education. And there's more than character and what to think; getting children off to a healthy start depends on their education as well.

Basic education is also an investment in the production of sound generation. A society with the standard level of basic education will emerge much more productively, for the citizens all have the requisite knowledge and skills to make productive contributions. Meaning, not only is basic education important for the person, but for the nation. To this end, the elementary education is a good faith for one's own future.
