It is reasonable that some good deeds should be carried out by rulers, after all that is the promises they make to us and the reason we elect them. This indoor gym is would be of a great support to the people of the city and even as a source of revenue.
Hopefully the development doesn't just stop there but touch round every sector.

Lamentablemente en mi país se ha desvirtuado el rol que deben tener los Alcaldes o gobernantes locales, a hora se dedican más a los asuntos políticos y descuidan al pueblo. Recientemente cambiamos de Alcalde, esperamos ver un avance. Gracias por su visita.
I think this is a common disease that affects politicians or should we say "they come as wolves in sheep's clothing" as they always forget their campaign promises once they assume office.. Those that tried to develop in their first tenure turn a leaf when voted for the second term. But still, life must go on.
