Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy today I am going to post a little. That is the recipe. I usually like posting recipes very much. I am very happy to share recipes with you sometimes. About a week ago we had Eid al-Adha. During Eid al-Adha we sacrifice cows. And fried cow's feet are much more delicious than beef. So today I am very happy to mention fried cow's feet with you. The biggest thing is that I have loved fried cow's feet since my childhood. Most of the time when I feel like eating, I buy them and clean them well. Then I cook them. These cow's feet are for sacrifice. My younger sister brought them about one kilogram two days after Eid al-Adha. So I cooked them from there according to my preference with potatoes. However, this dish is very, very tasty when mashed with potatoes and fried.

So let's see what I need to make this recipe:

First, I boiled the beef shanks well with turmeric. Then I put them in a bowl. Then I peeled some potato skins.

I chopped the ginger and garlic well. Then I chopped the green chillies and onions.

Then I put the pan on the stove. I added enough oil there. Then I added the green chillies and onions. Then I added turmeric powder, chili powder, etc. there.

Then I added enough water. Then I added the beef shanks while mixing the spices. Then I added the beef shanks and spices and stirred them.

Then when the beef shanks are well cooked, I will add the potatoes.

Then I will stir the potatoes and beef well and cover it with a lid and cook for about ten minutes. Step Seven: Then I will fry the curry with ginger paste and garlic paste for a while to give it a fragrant taste. Then it will turn reddish. And the beef pieces will be crispy, then I will remove it from the stove.

Anyway, I was very happy to be able to cook nutritious food very quickly. And this dish was appreciated by all my family. And I ate this food a lot on the road. But it is better to make it yourself at home on the street and we can cook it according to our own wishes and taste. Anyway, after finishing cooking, I take a photograph and then take a picture with myself. This was a beautiful recipe of my day.
