Task 2 (2.5/2.5) | Yes, prolonged standing, walking and sitting will lead to low back pain as our body is whole weighted on the lower limb while sitting or standing, which weakens the muscles and causes pain as well. I would suggest you perform knee to chest and back presses for your lower back pain, but perform the knee to chest closer to your chest, like we fold our legs to our abdomen to release pressure on back muscles and relieve pain. Early management for low back pain is good as it will prevent the future complications. |
