Contest || Unlock Your Creativity || Week - 17".

A good day to everyone and our esteemed members of this community, hope you all are doing well and alright just as I am. For this edition of unlock your creativity week 17, I chose to work with the simplest yet most expressive tool of all - pencil. Art is not merely a hobby, it is a language of emotion, motion and soul and for todays contest I decided to draw a powerful moment captured in stillness—a horse mid-jump. Many thanks to @zisha-hafiz for the opportunity of sharing my creativity with you all through this contest, here's how I made this drawing.

Drawing materials

• A4 paper
• pencil
• eraser
• sharpener

Drawing process

step 1

To begin with my drawing, I started to draw the head of the horse containing it's eyes , ear's, mouth and nose.

Next I then drew the neck of the horse and added a little shade to the neck area and then I made a sketch of the leg's.

After doing that, I then shaded the leg area above the ground and I added some details to it as well.

Next I then added some light shading to the face of the horse to make it look the same with the body.

Then after that, I then used my pencil to add my username below my drawing and I added some finishing touches to my drawing as well.

This contest gave me an opportunity to not only showcase my art but to reflect on why I draw. Art, for me, is a way to connect with the world and myself. It’s about finding beauty in strength, peace in movement, and meaning in silence.Through this drawing, I hope I’ve done just that. I hope you all like my drawing piece and I am inviting @mhizta, @urmilanath650 and @saintkelvin17 to also join in this contest.
