SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 48

Last month on the 16 th of July, I celebrated one of the most memorable birthdays in my life. It was an eventful, shocking, happy day with the warmth of friends and family. Since I woke up, I could not contain the feeling of excitement in the air, and things at the day even got better.

It was a horrific cake in the shape of a heart with pink icing all over with HBD PAPI written on it and a small heart besides, a beautiful cake in the evening to my surprise. Not only was the cake delicious, but a sign of the kindhearted and loving care of the people who cared about me. Along with the cake, there were a few presents and treats, which made that party brighter and more vivid.

I was provided with selection of beverages namely wine and champagne bottles, some first juices and soft drinks. There was even a huge cardboard box of Big Red drinks which lent color to the party arrangement. I felt very appreciated because all my gifts were personal and dear in the sense.

It was one of my favorite scenes when I saw the bottles and packages all wrapped up- to see that the people around me made the effort to make everything so special. During the night there was mirth, mirth, and mirth, and talk, and talk. To preserve every single moment we captured heaps of photos and these photos would prove to be priceless moments over a period time to come.

The birthday made me aware that I am lucky to have such supportive and concerned people in my life. All the little actions helped to make the day unforgettable. The photos that I took that day are not merely shots, but they are the memories of my happiness, thanks, and love that are forever frozen. I will always remember them and smile in reminiscing how magical my 16 th of July was.
