SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 47

Hi everyone,

In today's post I’m sharing a picture today means a lot to me because it reminds me of one very special moment in my life, the day I joined the junior choir in my church.

This is the day I will never forget in life, I still remember how I felt that day. I was nervous, shy, and unsure of myself. I had always practice to music , but standing in front of people to sing was a hard thing to do.I felt scary.

But somehow, I summoned courage to try. I stood up with the other kids, and when it was my turn to sing, I took a deep breath and gave it my best. My voice was shaking a bit, but I could feel something powerful inside me kept on saying you can do it.

After I finished singing, I thought I messed up but the response I got was that people smiled, clapped, and some even came up to tell me how proud they were. That was the moment I knew this was just the beginning.

Since that day, music has become a part of me. I have grown so much as a singer, and now I even help train some of the younger ones in the choir. But no matter how far I go, I always look back at this picture because it reminds me where I started.
