This building is located near the famous port of India, Thoothukudi. Perhaps they built this building to commemorate the Thoothukudi port and ship. When we went to Tiruchendur with our family, we happened to see this building on the way. I recorded it on my phone. This building is a college building that provides teacher training. The structure of this building looks like a paper ship. This building is surrounded by greenery. It is located on the banks of the Cauvery River.

The building of this college, built in the memory of Padma Shri Dr. Sivanthi Adithanar, is very famous. This college offers teacher training, i.e. degrees and diplomas in education.
