Lifestyle Diary Game || date: 15.05.2025 || I had a medical checkup from morning to afternoon.

Assalamu Alaikum dear, Greetings to all from my motherland Bangladesh and a warm welcome to my blog for another session on the topic of my daily lifestyle content.

I started the day wishing everyone good health. I woke up early in the morning, brushed my teeth, freshened up, and prayed Fajr. Then I checked my Steemit notifications like every day. After breakfast, I left for Tangail because today I will complete my medical. After an hour, I went to my brother's house, left my bags there, and rested for a while. Seeing the wind coming in front of the window, I took a picture.

Then I went straight to a hospital in Tangail called Sonar Bangla Clinic and Hospital. After going there, I met my friends and they decided that I would do medical together.

There are several steps to doing medical. At the beginning, we have to do a urine test, for which we are given a small glass tube. Basically, we have to store our urine inside it. Then the doctors will test this urine and give me a report. Since we went with a few friends, we have to do the work according to the serial number. So my serial number was number 16.

Then I went to the washroom and collected my urine and kept it in a designated place. Then I sat for a while. Then our X-ray examination started. We had to stand in a line one by one and be taken to a room to have the X-ray examination.

Each of us was given a money receipt, in which our data and address were written. The name of the test we were going to have was mentioned there. Although I did not understand what they wrote in medical language, I took a picture of that slip.

Then a man took me straight to a room where they did X-rays. Basically, this X-ray would be used to check my tuberculosis. For this, I was asked to stand on an object and then a click was made from behind by the X-ray machine.

I am being prepared for an X-ray examination.

After the X-ray was done, we sat in the doctor's chamber for a while because it would take a while for the report to come. We saw that there was a door in front of the doctor's chamber, and there were details of many doctors.

The details of the time taken by those doctors to check up the patient are written there. There are surgical specialists, medicine specialists, kidney and heart specialists, ear, nose and throat specialists, and especially skin disease specialists. Their names and powers are mentioned there.

After spending some time here, we went to Tangail New Bus Stand where we had to get our ears tested. Hearing test is the most important in medicine. So we went to a famous hearing test hospital in Tangail. There, we both gave serials to a doctor's chamber. The doctor examined us and requested us to sit in the waiting room. So we stood in front of the reception and spent some time.

Then it was noon so we were hungry. We went straight to a place where I had lunch at noon then after resting for a while we went straight to Sonali Bank. Sonali Bank is the only government bank in Bangladesh with which we have to take the invoice form.

This invoice form is basically allocated for our medical. We had to go to the bank and submit this invoice form by filling our documents and filling the address. We had to pay 250 taka for each invoice form which is 16 steem approx.

So it was afternoon there, I prayed at the nearby mosque. Then I went back to the clinic where we were supposed to get the reports. We had to wait a long time for the reports. Then the doctor gave us the reports according to the serial.

I basically did 15 tests which he printed out and gave me. The doctor told me that all my reports were normal and no disease was detected. So I calmly received these reports and took pictures. You can see and those who understand can see if the reports are all correct.

I was very happy to get the reports then I paid the owner of the clinic 4500 taka for my medical which is 300 STEEM approx. Then we all left from there we have to come back here because there is some more work left.

After leaving here like today I went straight back home where my brother was waiting for me. Then I went there and spent some time with them. Thus when the night came I prayed and had dinner with everyone. Then I finished all my work and went to bed and ended the day like today.
