SFS Contest! Picture of the Day Week 44 "

Welcome to my blog once again; I will be participating in this contest that is organized by @ashkhan

This picture was taken yesterday at the New Heaven Hotel, Abakaliki, in Ebonyi State, Nigeria.

The hotel is one of the finest hotels in Ebonyi state, so yesterday I went there for my girlfriend's birthday celebration.

I forgot that yesterday was her birthday, so around 10am yesterday she called me and said, " I hope you have started getting prepared to come out.

I checked my phone, only to find out that yesterday was 18, so I shouted Oh! My God, I rushed inside the bathroom to take my bath, how am I going to go like this, I did not do my hair.

So I dressed up on pick, because the colour of the day was pick, I looked very beautiful even though I did not do my hair.

On my way going to the venue I remembered that I did not bring any gift along, so I have to enter inside Ebonyi state shopping mall to get gift for my baby girl.

At first, I was very confused about what to get for her, then I remembered that she had told me one day that she loves this my pick dress, so when I entered the mall, I looked for it and got it for her.

When my girlfriend called me yesterday morning to remind me of her birthday celebration, I told her that I can't make it, because I was writing my mid-semester examination.

But I was actually going to surprise her. I got to the venue, and wow, the environment was looking so beautiful that I decided to snap this beautiful picture before entering.

I entered, wow, my girlfriend was very surprised to see me, she hugged me and said to me, Thanks dear for coming, I told her, You are welcome, sweetie ❤️.

She was really happy that I was able to make it.

After cutting the cake 🍰, it was now time for gift presentation, I gave the the gifts I brought for her including the dress, She said to me Thanks for the gift I really love it, especially this pink dress.

After that, we all started dancing, drinking, and eating the cake.

We came out and started taking pictures and doing videos.

I really had fun yesterday.
