How are your friends? I hope everyone is well, and I am well, too. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to participate in a drawing contest organized by @dequeen ma'am. I would like to thank her for organizing such a beautiful, amazing, and creative contest every week.

In today's contest, I will present a painting. Here is a village girl sitting with a fan in her hand and I have completed her saree with small designs. Let's see how I finished my painting. I am presenting the details below.

The Process of painting

Step 01

At the beginning of the drawing, I first mentioned my username and date in my drawing book with a pen as per the rules.

Step 02
Then I drew a girl's face, with hair part on top and part of her neck below in the middle of the drawing book with a pencil.

Step 03
Then I drew the lower part of the girl, the fan she is holding in her right hand, her two legs and left hand above her legs, and the hem of her saree up to the bottom and her feet.

Step 04
Then I drew my entire image with a black gel pen for easy clarity and erased the excess pencil marks with an eraser.

Step 05
Then I will colour my image, so I first chose the red colour of the watercolour and started painting with a brush.

Step 06
Here I will first paint the entire saree red and complete the blouse part with yellow colour and the fan with jackfruit colour.

Step 07
Then I painted the other sleeve of the blouse yellow and I painted everything including the face, neck, and hands with skin colour. I also painted the hair part completely with black colour. Then I painted small circles with red colour on the left hand of the girl to represent the colour of the bottom.

Step 08
Then I designed the girl's entire saree. Here I took a simple design and drew the entire saree with small designs.

Step 09
Then I drew the girl's face, fanned hands and the spots inside the saree with a little darker pencil. I also drew the outlines of the entire image again and made a place like a seat for the girl to sit. I drew it with a pencil and then I finished drawing the whole picture.

✅ How long did take to complete your drawing and how do you feel about it?

It took me about 40 to 50 minutes to complete today's painting and I really enjoyed it while painting it I really enjoy doing any kind of painting because after painting the picture becomes very colorful and looks very beautiful.
