Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today, I have come to you with another recipe. Eggs are loved in the everyone ; everyone has eggs on their favourite list. However, we Bengalis can prepare egg recipes in different ways, and we prepare different recipes in different ways. I will present a great recipe for gourd and eggs together.

Required materials👇🏾

▬Three eggs
▬ lau
▬onion
▬bay leaf
▬salt
▬ turmeric
▬ cumin powder
▬dry chilli powder
▬coriander powder
▬white oil
▬ fried coriander seeds
▬ginger paste

The Process of receipe


Step 01

To prepare today's recipe, I will need three eggs and then I will take the gourd and cut it into good size pieces, peel it

Step 02
and then I will put a pan on the stove and add some chopped onion and bay leaf there. After a while, I will fry it until it is cooked enough with oil .

Step 03
Then when I fry the onions, I add a little water all the dry spices and a spoonful of ginger paste and when the oil floats on top, I add the chopped gourd.

Step 04
Then I will mix the gourd and spices well and cook for about two minutes then put the lid on and wait for the gourds to boil but in the meantime, I will prepare the eggs here I have fried this day in a bowl and egg break it and there I will add salt turmeric and a little dry chilli powder

Step 05
and Then I will add the oil in the fry pan and let it heat up sufficiently. Then I will add the eggs and fry them well. Then the eggs should be fried well.

Step 06
Then I will add the fried eggs and cook them well for another two to three minutes. Then my cooking is almost done. Then I will add enough water here and add a spoon of roasted cumin seeds on top.

Step 07
After two to three minutes, my cooking will be complete and I will remove it from the stove. Then I will transfer it to a bowl for serving. We will take it together and prepare it for serving. And this is how I have prepared my super tasty and healthy egg recipe today.
