Great recipe made with koi fish and gourd

How are your friends? I hope you are all well, and I am also well. Alhamdulillah, as always, today I am here with a great recipe for friends. I have come up with a filling lunch recipe. Bengalis love to eat fish very much, and currently the rainy season is going on in Bangladesh and during this rainy season, we can see a lot of fish in the market. These koi fish recipes are great and can be made into many different recipes, starting from koi fish fry, and today I have prepared a great recipe with this koi fish and gourd, which I will present to you, but let's not delay any further and check out my full recipe.

●Gourd
● Onion
●Bay leaf
●Salt
●Turmeric powder
● Cumin powder
●Dry chilli powder
●Saffron powder
●Ginger and garlic paste
● White oil
● Fried cumin
The Process of receipe
Step 01
First, take a whole young gourd and then cut it into pieces of a similar size. Then, take the koi fish, cut it carefully, clean it, and place it on a plate. If the fish is big, cut it in half in the middle. Then add salt, turmeric powder and mix it well and marinate it for 10 minutes.
Step 02
Then put a pan on the stove and heat oil in it, add the marinated fish and fry it well. Once the fish is fried, take it out on a plate, then put it in a pan and fry it well with chopped onion and bay leaves in oil. Once the onions are fried, take all the powdered spices, ginger and garlic paste on a plate.
Step 03
Then add all the spices and let it sit for four to five minutes. Once the spices are well ground, add the washed and chopped gourd.
Step 04
Then cook the gourd and spices again for two to four minutes. Then cover it with a lid for a while to cook. Then, when the gourds are almost cooked, add the fried fish. Then wait for a while. Then add water as per your amount taste and check the salt. After testing, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds on top. My recipe for Koi fish and gourd is ready. After waiting for a while, the dish will be ready. Take it off the stove and put .
Then take a bowl, add fish and gourd to it and prepare it for serving. And that's how my koi fish recipe is prepared today.
