How To Power Up

Ever since I became a steemian my intellectual horizon has deepen and expand accordingly.
The process of powering up was a very complicated task for me as a steemian in the beginning, but after a while I could possibly power up all by myself without the assistance of my other steemian friends. Now to power up successfully you have to login to your wallet.

✓ First, you need to login to your wallet by using steemit login password eligible for wallet transaction(s)

✓ Second, click the "Power Up button" option, usually under the steem section of your wallet. It will show the number of steem available.

✓ Then you can easily input the amount you want to turn to steem power in the box provided.

✓ You can now confirm the transaction completion by clicking on "OK" .

✓ When you're done check your steem power to confirm the change. The number of steem converted to steem power will reflect in your steem power instantly. You will see it. The change will reflect.

The Importance Of Powering Up

They're so many significance of powering up. Let me dive into a few of them that I know.

✓ The steem power you have determines the weight or power of you upvote. This helps you support quality posts and get good rewards for your curated content or posts.

✓ Powering Up helps increase steem power and this will help you upvote more post, supporting excellent contents and motivating creators to produce great material, ultimately benefitting the community as a whole and this will encourage more valid contents.

✓ Constant powering up shows your dedication/hard work to Steemit and the system's growth, contributing to its positive impetus. In this way you will grow in the platform.

✓ Your steem Power directly translates to more influence over post payouts, giving you a stronger voice and ability to impact the platform's rewards structure.

✓ When you constantly power up you will get community's recognition. It will help you get a particular club status of your choice and you can maintain it. This will definitely lead to more visibility, opportunities and club status recognition in communities.
